Canon EOS 60D gets official: specs,price and release date

 
 
It's been rumoured and speculated about for months, but finally the Canon EOS 50D's successor is finally here. The EOS 60D brings a range of new features to Canon's mid-range DSLR stable. 18MP sensor? Check. Tilting LCD? Check. Full HD 1080p video shooting? Check. Its feature set is so mouthwatering, the big question facing many potential Canon DSLR upgraders is whether you go for the EOS 60D or EOS 7D.
